1) “Development of manuscript” may be charged if the original text for translation comes only with a hardcopy or a data that cannot be overwritten.
2) Translation work of [English→Japanese】is charged per one word.
3) Punctuations and marks are to be included in letter count for translation.
4) “Letter count” function of MSWord is used to count the number of letters for estimation.
5) Technical terms (legal, medical, mechanical, computer terms etc.) are charged by 45% increase of the above price.
6) Express cost is charged by 20% increase of the above price. (we may consult with you based on our work schedule.)
7) The above price table is a standard price on spot. We will provide you a separate price plan for continual multilingual support work. Through hearings of your detailed requests, we will provide you the best deal to meet your demand.
Estimation is individually provided for translation of (large volume of) website or brochures.

Cancellation policy
The following is our cancellation policy after receipt of order.
★ After initiation of work ★
- Completed volume of first draft of translation ÷ Work volume specified in the quotation × Price specified in the quotation
- Number of days spent on translation ÷ Number of days estimated to complete the translation × Price specified in the quotation
We charge you the lower price of the calculations of either 1 or 2.
