We accommodate all kinds of situations including a telephone conference with overseas.
Refer to two types (in case foreigners are near you or away from you) of communication support as indicated below. |
Depending on the services, we ask you to enter into “Multilingual Support” business outsourcing agreement or business outsourcing agreement.
●Equipment
No special equipment is necessary. A regular land line or your cellular phone is all you need. Please inquire in the event you have a specific request, such as a separate speaker-microphone.
●Business hours
8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (365 days)
●Available languages
English, Chinese and Korean
●Fee
(The following is an example of pay-as-you-go systems. Please inquire us for other systems such as those of flat rate.)
① Initial fee =>=>=> from 5,000 yen
② Monthly fee =>=>=> from 5,000 yen/month
③ Interpretation fee =>=> 300 yen/3 min. (international calls are separately charged at cost.)
④ Business operation fee => (② + ③) x 10%
Note 1) Consumption tax is not included.
Note 2) Inquire us of the fee ① and ② in case of multiple access points to the interpretation center.
Note 3) For those with a contract, the payment is later, cutting off date at the end of the month. And other types of clients are asked to pay through bank transfer in advance before the provision of service
